For over 20 years Wendi served as a senior executive with leading direct marketing and product fulfillment companies. Most recently she has developed web sites and created an online presence for clients. She works closely with company owners to improve the conversion of marketing leads to sales. Wendi gets involved in all areas of the operation, from hiring to training employees, developing operational procedures, improving product delivery and service throughout the organization, and overall developing the value of the company brand to help drive marketing results.

In 2009, Wendi managed a team to launch web sites and handle online search marketing for Red Rock Western Jeep Tours, Red Rock Western Grand Canyon Tours and Lock-It Lockers (1 corporate and 4 location sites). She also developed web sites for Civiltec Engineering and Boobar Cantina – Mexico.

In 2008, Wendi was retained by Amadeus Revenue Integrity (ARI) to improve their operational infrastructure to gain SAS 70 Certification. She developed procedures for applications change management, operational performance and risk planning, and organizational administration. She also recruited and screened over 600 applicants for 15 positions, including the Executive Vice President, Software Engineers, and a DBA.

In 2006, Wendi joined Al as CEO to start TK Marketing Results and handled the launch of Air One in the US market. On behalf of Air One, she was awarded Airline Reporting Commission (ARC) certification. She developed trade web sites and promotions to drive awareness and negotiated contracts with top tour operators, wholesalers, travel agencies and student movers.

In 2000, Wendi became President/COO of World Marketing, Inc. a leading national direct marketing company. She developed the first online retail site for Public Television (PBS) to liquidate excess inventory. During her first two years with the company her IOC was awarded Sales Team of the Year and generated the highest EBITDA percentage among seven IOCs.

In 1994, Wendi founded Earth’s Creations, a boutique retail operation that designed and produced custom gemstone jewelry. She had one location focused on the teenage market and another location focused on designer and business/casual markets. Her Scottsdale, Arizona location became the top revenue producing specialty concept for all Westcor properties and after five years she sold the business.

In 1989, Wendi was General Manager as part of the start-up for Total Fulfillment, Inc. The company grew to be a leading direct mail and fulfillment operation specializing in the travel industry supporting field sales, travel agencies and direct consumer collateral response. The company also became the largest single-source for Public Television (PBS) member thank-you gift fulfillment and pledge drive support. The Omaha World Herald newspaper purchased the company and Wendi assumed the role of President/COO.

Wendi began her career with America West Airlines in 1986. She was part of the initial start-up for America West Vacations. She became the Customer Service Manager for the 350-person inbound vacation reservations call center. She was responsible for hiring, training and managing the sales and operations management team along with hotel, car rental and travel partnerships for Arizona, Las Vegas and Hawaii packages.

Wendi grew up in the Chicago area and attended Arizona State University where she got her B.A. in Travel and Tourism and continues to reside in Arizona with her family.
