The TK Marketing Results principals have been partners in business for over 20 years. Al Toll and Wendi Kasparian first worked together at America West Airlines on the launch of their new Vacation division. Recognizing an opportunity to combine technology, marketing and excellent customer service they started Total Fulfillment, a full-service direct mail and product fulfillment company. After 12 years of delivering successful business and consumer direct marketing programs they sold the company to the Omaha World Herald. With a passion for designing customer-centric marketing programs that drive bottom-line results, Al and Wendi started TK Marketing Results.

AL TOLL

Al has over 40 years of experience developing technology and marketing programs, primarily in airline and travel-related businesses around the world. Al started his career with Frontier Airlines where he became Vice President Sales and Marketing for Frontier Commuter Airlines. Most recently, he designed and built an airline loyalty system branded as Amadeus. Al has designed and programmed airline reservations and tour package systems for leading airlines, including National Airlines, America West Airlines, Island Air, Vanguard, and ERA. He developed Latin Pass, a frequent flyer program for 19 Latin American carriers and has consulted on sales and marketing programs for Vision Holidays, Maupin Tours, TWA Getaway Vacations, bmi, Spanair, and Alitalia. WENDI KASPARIAN

Wendi has focused her career on marketing and sales as President/COO of a leading direct marketing and fulfillment company. Specializing in database management, collateral and product fulfillment the company became the largest provider for member thank-you gift fulfillment programs for public television (PBS). She developed the first online retail site for PBS to liquidate excess inventory. After the sale of her company to the Omaha World Herald Newspaper she stayed on as COO and drove the company to the highest EBITDA performance among seven peer companies. Recently as CEO of TK Marketing Results she launched a major Italian airline in the US market and negotiated contracts with top tour operators, consolidators and travel partners. She has designed and developed several client web sites and driven significant sales leads through targeted online marketing and search engine optimization. Enter here to learn more.
