TFI grew to be the largest fulfillment provider for Public Television (PBS) nationwide by building membership applications that improved customer service, streamlined the pledge process and increased donations. TFI developed several niche travel programs for airline, hotel and travel-related clients, including becoming the outsourced ticketing department for America West Airlines. In 2001, TFI was sold to the Omaha World Herald.
